HARRISBURG - Rep. Ryan Mackenzie (R-Lehigh/Berks) today announced that Lower Macungie Library has been awarded a $500,000 Keystone Grant through the Department of Education, Office of Commonwealth Libraries, to fund the expansion of the current library space to create a separate children’s area, office space, meeting rooms and storage.

Ryan Mackenzie (R-Lehigh/Berks) has announced that he still has appointment times available for veterans to meet with an outreach specialist from the American Legion on Friday, March 10. These services are offered the second Friday of each month for veterans to have their questions answered in regard to benefits and services they have earned serving our country.

On Feb. 7, Gov. Tom Wolf unveiled his 2017-18 state budget proposal, which kicked off the start of the annual process to determine the Commonwealth’s spending plan. Since the governor was first elected into office, he has been calling for increased taxes and spending that Pennsylvania’s working men and women simply don’t want and can’t support.

HARRISBURG – Rep. Ryan Mackenzie (R-Lehigh/Berks) offers appointments on the second Friday of each month in his Macungie district office for veterans to meet with an outreach specialist from the American Legion. However, due to scheduling conflicts, appointments for Friday, Jan. 13, have been canceled. Hours will resume on Friday, Feb. 10.
