![Mackenzie Says $500,000 State Grant Will Fund Expansion of Lower Macungie Library]()
HARRISBURG - Rep. Ryan Mackenzie (R-Lehigh/Berks) today announced that Lower Macungie Library has been awarded a $500,000 Keystone Grant through the Department of Education, Office of Commonwealth Libraries, to fund the expansion of the current library space to create a separate children’s area, office space, meeting rooms and storage.

These services are offered the second Friday of each month for veterans to have their questions answered in regard to benefits and services they have earned serving our country.

On Feb. 7, Gov. Tom Wolf unveiled his 2017-18 state budget proposal, which kicked off the start of the annual process to determine the Commonwealth’s spending plan. HARRISBURG – Rep. Ryan Mackenzie (R-Lehigh/Berks) offers appointments on the second Friday of each month in his Macungie district office for veterans to meet with an outreach specialist from the American Legion. However, due to scheduling conflicts, appointments for Friday, Jan. 13, have been canceled. Hours will resume on Friday, Feb. 10.
