Ryan Mackenzie (R-Lehigh) will be co-hosting a public paper shredding event on Saturday, Oct. 26, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the parking lot of the Lower Macungie Township Complex, located at 3402 Brookside Road, Macungie. WHAT: Rep. Ryan Mackenzie (R-Lehigh) will hold a press conference to discuss his House bills related to illegal immigration issues in Pennsylvania, including proposals requiring use of the federal E-Verify system for state grant recipients, the meatpacking and food processing industries, and lodging industry; calling for the reporting of health care costs for illegal immigrants; banning out-of-state driver’s licenses for illegal immigrants; protecting unaccompanied immigrant children; and cracking down on human traffickers.
