WHAT: Rep. Ryan Mackenzie (R-Lehigh), Republican chair of the House Labor and Industry Committee, and representatives from business organizations and municipal government groups will hold a press conference to discuss the negative impacts of House Bill 2153. The legislation would add time and costs to public construction projects in Pennsylvania and result in higher taxes for residents.
